This beautiful home needed a planting plan to match. The rear had been recently designed and so I updated the planting here whilst the front was treated to a complete makeover. In a few months the revamp was a riot of colour.
The Rear in need of grass and plants: the orchard area will be underplanted with wildflower bulbs that will naturalise – like crocus and gladiolus byzantina. The palm was replaced with a more elegant variegated Cornus controversa.
Textural ferns and euphorbias edge the lawn. Salvias and hot pink penstemons create a colourful backdrop.
